Cooking Coach Menus --

Each class is $300 & includes enough food for 4 portions.

 

 

One on one, hands-on cooking classes are a great way to learn to prepare food for yourself and your family, and to get you out of the drive-thru lane day after day. Cheryl Mochau has been a Personal Chef since 1991 and she wants to share some cooking secrets with you. The best place for you to learn to cook is in your own kitchen, using your own applinances and tools. Don't worry, Cheryl always brings her bag of tools along --  just in case.

 

 

Learn to cook delicious food in a 2 to 3 hour cooking class. The best part? You get to keep the food and the recipes! You should be able to replicate the 4 serving size recipes later on your own, usually in under an hour. For best results, classes are limited to 2 students (except the GNO Chef Party -- which is much more fun with a larger group of people).

Make soups for a week of good eating! Blended Black Bean Soup, Super Food Soup, Authentic Chicken & Dumplings

Lemon & Caper Chicken Cutlets, Roasted Summer Potatoes, Asparagus Parmesan

Roasted Lemon & Garlic Hen with Potatoes, Carrots & Celery, Spinach & Quinoa Salad, No-Bake Cookies

Fig-stuffed Turkey Tenderloin, Potato & Fennel Au Gratin, Seasoned Carrots & Green Beans

Pork Roast, Braised Cabbage & Apples, Garlic-Smashed Potatoes

Baked Salmon with Tomato-Avocado, Mango Salsa, Stove-Top Veggie Bliss, Jasmine Rice Pilaf

Just Sweets - Personal Apple Crisps, Lemon Zucchini Bread, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Breakfast Yummies - Delicious Baked Granola, Bacon & Swiss Quiche, Your Favorite Omelet
